What version did you try to upgrade to? I would suggest going to 7.8, then 8.1, then 9.5, then 9.11 [https://docs.mattermost.com/about/release-policy.html](https://docs.mattermost.com/about/release-policy.html) ---

I tried upgrading to the latest version , maybe 10v ---

You cannot do that. You need to upgrade 7.4 to the first ESR release, and then ESR to ESR. ---

ok sir but I restored the files by this process [Create and restore application backups](https://docs.bitnami.com/aws/apps/mattermost/administration/backup-restore/) but after restoring only I am getting the errors that I’ve pasted above. please tell me how to resolve ?
