# Call in mattermost

Hi, when i start a call with someone, he/she can not hear a notification or it does not ring a bell? can you help me with this. We are using Mattermost Version: 7.10.2.

Ringing Sounds are not yet implemented, but it’s being worked on in one of the next releases as far as I know.

Hi! Are there any updates on this? I am on v10.1.2 and when I call somebody who is on the phone app, they will not get any ringing, just a notification, which we don’t find that informative. Ringing only works if the user is using the app at the moment.
