Currently, Mattermost supports two integration development frameworks: the [Plugin Framework](https://developers.mattermost.com/integrate/plugins/) and the [Apps Framework](https://developers.mattermost.com/integrate/apps/). While both frameworks have played crucial roles in enhancing our platform, we want to inform you that we are considering the deprecation of the Apps Framework in the future.

We recognize that the Plugin Framework may not currently encompass all the functionalities available in the Apps Framework. To facilitate a smooth transition and ensure that the Plugin Framework meets your needs, we kindly request your input on the specific features or capabilities that you find essential in the Apps Framework but currently absent in the Plugin Framework.

Your insights are invaluable in helping us prioritize and enhance the Plugin Framework to better serve your requirements.

If you are currently using the Apps Framework, please reach out to the Product team at [product@mattermost.com](mailto:product@mattermost.com).

We appreciate your ongoing support and collaboration as we work together to create a more robust and efficient Mattermost integration development experience.
