# How to recover my SSO account and team?

Hi,

For troubleshooting questions, please post in the following format:

**Summary**  
Issue in one concise sentence  
How can I recover my account after the suppression of the SSO with Gitlab ?

**Steps to reproduce**  
How can we reproduce the issue (what version are you using?)  
You cannot, the feature has been suppressed.

**Expected behavior**  
Describe your issue in detail

**Observed behavior**  
What did you see happen? Please include relevant error messages and/or screenshots.  
I logged up on Mattermost ([Framateam.org](http://Framateam.org)) with my Gitlab account and created a team.  
I stay logged in during 2 or 3 weeks.  
I turned off my laptop yesterday, so today I tried to log in with my Gitlab account, and cannot access my team, because of this Gitlab’s update.  
I’d like to recover my team as an admin, at least to suppress it, and create again with a proper account.
