# Issue while zoom integration with self hosted docker mattermost on aws ec2

Hi All,

am exploring to use mattermost with zoom integration, followed guide at [Connect Zoom to Mattermost - Mattermost documentation](https://docs.mattermost.com/integrate/zoom.html#) , but after several tries am getting error on matermost docker log as

mattermost-1 | {“timestamp”:“2025-08-01 02:50:09.876 Z”,“level”:“warn”,“msg”:“failed to get the user”,“caller”:“app/plugin\_api.go:1014”,“plugin\_id”:“zoom”,“error”:"message: [Click here to link your Zoom account.](http://ec2-XXXXX.XXXXX.amazonaws.com:8065/plugins/zoom/oauth2/connect). error: 400 error returned while fetching zoom user. "} could someone please suggest how to debug this issue, is it plugin not able to access the zoom API ? i kept “ **Zoom URL:”** and **Zoom API URL:** as blank…to get default values.
