Mattermost OnlyOffice Plugin fails to start with MM Professional Licence

I found out, the the OnlyOffice Mattermost Plugin ist crashing when a Professional Licence for Mattermost is used.

It is a pitty and OO an MM are informed.
I am not sure, what causes this error, but main failure is:

panic: runtime error: invalid memory address or nil pointer dereference
[signal SIGSEGV: segmentation violation code=0x1 addr=0x0 ...]
RPC call to OnActivate plugin failed. error="unexpected EOF"
plugin process exited ... errorexit status 2
Health check failed for plugin id=com.onlyoffice.mattermost error="plugin RPC connection is not responding"

If you haven’t done so already, it might also be worth checking:

  • If the plugin is fully compatible with the Professional license (some features or APIs may differ)
  • Whether any configuration values required by OnlyOffice are missing or misconfigured
  • If the latest version of the plugin is installed

Thank You. Id did lots of research incuding dropping my licence and reinstalling. Since I am not a programmer or IT specialist, I am quite happy to get things down to this level of solution. I am trying to be as precise as possble to help others. Unfortunately the aspect, You are pointing out, are very unprecise and are therefore not helping. I read about the possibilities of a professional licence but nothing about ints limitations. To my knowledge there are no Informations abot possible incompatibilties with certain plugins or Configurations apart from these inside the plugin, that might have influence.
There for I am dropping my license for mattermost in my installation until either I have time and will to redo the investigations or
I get feedback from onlyoffice.

Any Help is greatly appreciated, but many would be happier, when the Answers would be more precise in this forum.
