# Mattermost send email notification problems

I use CentOS operation system and Mattermost 5.27.0 version. I have finished the installation. Then, I have created users and team. Also, I have enabled email notification. However, when I received the email notification, I pressed “Go to post” button. The browser will not open and redirect to post page. Could you help me solve the problems? Thank you. Please refer to below image:

What happens when you click the “Go to post” button?

Do you see any console or server log errors?

When I click the “Go to post” button, nothing is happens. I don’t see any console or server log errors. I use hotmail to be SMTP Email Setup. This email account can send automatically. Please refer to below picture. Thank you.

Does the same behaviour happen if you were to copy the link from the email, and then paste the link on your browser?

Is this happening to all users on your server?

Yes, the same behaviour does happen to all users on your server. When I copy the link from the email (Go to post button), the link does not direct post link ([http://invisiblenotes.com:8341/wonderful1/channels/town-square](http://invisiblenotes.com:8341/wonderful1/channels/town-square)). The link just direct to [https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/sentitems/id/AQQkADAwATY3ZmYAZS1mMzMAYi1kYmIAMC0wMAItMDAKABAA2c%2BLuL1DTEmMHMF5yUp6LA%3D%3D#x\_ZgotmplZ](https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/sentitems/id/AQQkADAwATY3ZmYAZS1mMzMAYi1kYmIAMC0wMAItMDAKABAA2c%2BLuL1DTEmMHMF5yUp6LA%3D%3D#x_ZgotmplZ) , according to email provider.

Could you provide the same raw email output, in markdown code formatting so that I can see the raw body text please? you can do this using three consecutive backticks before the first character of the raw email output, and then following the last character of the raw email output with an additional three backticks (Ex. `````)
