# No Notification on Android Client (TPNS)

Hi,
i am using Mattermost-Team-Edition V9.5.10 and connect with the official Mattermost App installed via Aurora-Store (Play-Store).
Push-Notification’s (TPNS) are enabled on the Server, but no Notifications are shown on for example a new message. The app run’s in Background, but i see no system notification.
I don’t use an “official” Google Android System, it’s a custom rom (crdoid, Android 14) without google services.
Any chance to get notifactions working here or must every notification first go to google, which would be very bad ?

yes, i see and do the steps again, but after installing the App i am NOT prompted to confirm **to receive push notifications**. Maybe that’s the
problem …
Seem’s not to be, i’ve tried another Tablet with original Android and it also does not work.
And in the Log’s i don’t see any “push notification”.
