**Summary**
Playbooks plugin has an error that makes it crash requiring restart of either standalone desktop app or whole web browser

**Steps to reproduce**
Latest LTS version 9.7. To reproduce it I start a new Run in Playbooks and then either click “View all…” under current runs or just click to go back to Playbook usage page to start a new one. It produces a blank page asking to refresh. Refreshing doesn’t help on browser, on standalone it’s the same.

It’s a weird glitch that makes working in Playbooks untenable.

9.7 is EOL. I’d highly recommend upgrading to 9.11.4 or 10.x

I would also suggest tailing out `/opt/mattermost/logs/mattermost.log` while recreating that to see what it tells you. Also, open the Javascript console in your browser and look for info in there.
