# Push notification don't works

#### Summary

not receive push notification (Android & iOS) device.

#### Steps to reproduce

Running Version: 4.0.0 (4.0.1) on https with Let’s Encrypt  
without Enterprise License.

Enable Push Notifications: Use iOS and Android apps on iTunes and Google Play with TPNS  
Push Notification Server: [http://push-test.mattermost.com](http://push-test.mattermost.com)  
Push Notification Contents: Send full message snippet

#### Expected behavior

I not receive push notification on my device. In App Mattermost Chanel the msg will receive.  
set logfile to debug

#### Observed behavior

[2017/08/04 13:24:02 UTC] [DEBG] Sending push notification for user 7updtx6izidkpq87szmybbgdzr with msg of 'usertest in monitoring: @here this is a nother test debug 1'
