Hello,

I’m using Mattermost Cloud version but iOS client but everyone in the team complain that they do not receive notifications.

And, indeed, whenever I open mobile app it shows error “The Server is not reachable” but shortly after that “Connection restored”.

```auto
App version: 2.4.0 (Build 471)
Server version: 7.11.0 (Build cloud-2023-05-01-1)
Database: postgres
Database schema version: 107
```

Unfortunately, all features that Mattermost could offer doesn’t mean anything when notifications are not delivered.

Is anyone experience the same issue?

Hey! Same problem here, but I use a self-hosted solution.

I had same issue on IOS constantly. The way I fixed it, I removed the “www.” from server url and just start from “[mattermost.yourservername.com](http://mattermost.yourservername.com)”

I got this too but figured it out: First I set the server url to [https://example.com.8065](https://example.com.8065) and got this “the server is not reachable” even though messaging seemed to work. Then I skipped the port number and used only [https://example.com](https://example.com)
Seems to work as intended
