# Trying to invite users to custom community server

I am trying to invite users to custom mattermost community server. When i try to type any email it shows no one found . i cannot create invite link. invite button is disabled. when i try to click create invite link. it shows as copied, but no invite link is found to be pasted.

Welcome to the community, and thanks for reaching out! It sounds like there may be some configuration issues - can you double-check your server’s invitation settings under **System Console \> Users and Teams \> Invitation Settings** to ensure email invites and link creation are enabled?
