# Unable to access the mattermost application in android devices with root certificate

Unable to access the matter most application in android device and ios devices with root certificate authentication and i’m able to access in web browser and desktop application.  
if i disable certificate authentication in nginx vhost config then i’m able to access every where but it is to has to open with the certificate authentication.
