Good afternoon, I deployed Mattermost locally.
I used Ubuntu 24.04
Postgresql 16.4
Mattermost 9.11.1 Enterprise License Trial

Set up LDAP authorization according to the manual [AD/LDAP setup - Mattermost documentation](https://docs.mattermost.com/onboard/ad-ldap.html)

MM AD\LDAP test and synchronization are successful, in AD/LDAP Groups I see AD group. But I can’t log in to mm from AD account. “Enter a valid username and/or password.” error.

When I try to log in, there is no error in the logs, but when synchronizing with ldap I see the following:
`"level":"warn","msg":"Generating new username since provided username was invalid","caller":"model/user.go:1032","worker_name":"EnterpriseLdapSync","job_id":"ret64qpnx7rcmnau6zruaerxdy","job_type":"ldap_sync","job_create_at":"Sep 9 09:15:35.445","provided_username":"","new_username":"a833eqpw8ffn8zff8e8eqcj4cya"}`

Solutions to a similar problem from the forum did not help.

Please help me.

LDAP integration requires a paid license. If you have that, I’d recommend opening a support case.
