# When I tried to log in to chat.almalinux.org with the almalinux ID account, I got this error

## Mattermost Needs Your Help

The service provider Openid did not provide an authorization code in the redirect URL.

For [Google Apps](https://docs.mattermost.com/deployment/sso-google.html?utm_source=mattermost&utm_medium=in-product&utm_content=error_link&uid=&sid=tdss5a45sp857mp4uewozs4aqe) make sure your administrator enabled the Google+ API.

For [Entra ID](https://docs.mattermost.com/deployment/sso-office.html?utm_source=mattermost&utm_medium=in-product&utm_content=error_link&uid=&sid=tdss5a45sp857mp4uewozs4aqe) make sure the administrator of your Microsoft organization has enabled the Mattermost app.

For [GitLab](https://docs.mattermost.com/deployment/sso-gitlab.html?utm_source=mattermost&utm_medium=in-product&utm_content=error_link&uid=&sid=tdss5a45sp857mp4uewozs4aqe) please make sure you followed the setup instructions.
