I have been experimenting with Mattermost & came across the Copilot AI feature. It looks promising but I am trying to figure out how practical it is for day-to-day team collaboration. From what I see, it can assist with drafting responses, summarizing long threads & maybe even helping with quick task notes But I want to know how others here are using it in real scenarios.
For example, does it actually help reduce time spent on repetitive chats or does it sometimes create more back-and-forth? I want to know about how teams are balancing AI suggestions with human decision-making. Another thing on my mind is whether Copilot AI integrates well with workflows like project management or if it mostly shines in communication use cases.
I joined a Generative AI Training session and it made me realize that practical, community-driven insights are often more valuable than just theoretical knowledge. So I want to hear your experiences, tips or even challenges with Copilot AI on Mattermost.
