I would like to suggest to have notifications whenever a message is modified
and also when reactions are added to your message.

Guys, I think having notifications for added reactions should be a high priority. Please have a look at this.

Guys please. Let have emote notifications. Users are choosing not to use emotes because they fear it will go unnoticed.
It is not difficult to do and you can keep an option in the system console to disable it if needed.
