AD/LDAP Issues with trial

Is it not possible to use AD/LDAP with the 30 day trial?

I have it configured, and it syncs successfully but logons are unsuccessful with the test users I have created. I will be buying licensing for 140 users but without a successful test this was waste of my time.

AD/LDAP should work in the 30-day trial, but some features may be restricted. If sync is successful but logins fail, check:

  1. User Authentication Settings – Ensure correct binding and authentication method.
  2. User Attributes – Verify the mapped attributes (e.g., sAMAccountName or UserPrincipalName).
  3. Group Membership – Confirm test users are in the correct allowed group.
  4. Logs/Errors – Check system logs for login failures.
