Bitnami Mattermost upgrade issue version 7.4

mattermost is hosted on google cloud platform as Vm uses bitnami stack, I tried to upgrade the version and followed this link Upgrade Mattermost Team Edition
but I was facing issues so I restored the data , but yet I am facing issues
mattermost version 9.4v
database I use is mysql
Please tell me process to upgrade the version and restore the data

This was in mattermost logs
so please tell me how to resolve this issue

What version did you try to upgrade to? I would suggest going to 7.8, then 8.1, then 9.5, then 9.11

I tried upgrading to the latest version , maybe 10v

You cannot do that. You need to upgrade 7.4 to the first ESR release, and then ESR to ESR.

ok sir but I restored the files by this process Create and restore application backups
but after restoring only I am getting the errors that I’ve pasted above.
please tell me how to resolve ?
