General Queries for using Mattermost

1. Is it possible to have global search of the header as well as content of discussion even though the person who is searching it is not part of any channels ?
2. How to remove member from specific channel ?How to merge two channels if both the channels are discussing about same thing ?
3. How to search via Last feed ? Means what is last feed for particular channel how to get it ?
4. What is the Maximum file size that can be attached ?
5. What is Database used to store ?
6. If its MYSQL is there any service exposed to get the records ?
7. If I want to change some functionality will it be possible ?

Regarding the question “How to merge two channels”, the best advice I’ve found is old and is here:

After some month of experience using Mattermost - which we actually like - we would like to reorganize and simplify the channels we use. Unfortunately I didn’t find a way to merge channels or move messages to another channel (I found that feature request Move a message to another channel – Mattermost Feature Proposal Forum). So currently there seems to be no built-in way of doing this, unfortunately. Is there a hacky way of moving messages or merging channels? Thanks for any hints!
