How can we get csrf token?

We are getting MMAUTHTOKEN and MMUSERID cookies, but we are not getting MMCSRF cookie. How do we get MMCSRF cookie?

We are using our own server apis for login. Our API is getting two cookies, but it’s not getting MMCSRF token.
