We want to clarify the minimum iOS version requirements for our recent mobile app releases.
What’s Changing
Mobile v2.36.1 and earlier:

Supports iOS 15+

If you’re on iOS 15, please update to v2.36.1 for a stable experience
Mobile v2.36.2 and later:

Minimum requirement: iOS 16+

This change enables us to support Intune MAM

Users on iOS 15 will continue to have access to v2.36.1 but won’t receive newer updates
Why This Change?
Starting with v2.36.2, we’re aligning our support policy with Apple’s security update lifecycle. We will primarily support iOS versions that receive active security updates from Apple.
As of now, iOS 15 and iOS 16 reached end-of-life for security updates from Apple 9 months ago. Supporting these older versions becomes increasingly difficult as we integrate modern enterprise features like Intune.
What This Means For You

If you’re on iOS 15: Your app will continue to work on v2.36.1, but you won’t receive updates beyond this version. We strongly recommend updating your device to a supported iOS version.

If you’re on iOS 16+: You can update to v2.36.2 and all future releases until notified of end of support.

If you’re on iOS 17+: No action needed - you’re all set for current and future updates.
Going Forward
We recommend running iOS versions that receive regular security updates from Apple. As a secure collaboration platform, keeping your mobile OS up-to-date is critical for security.
We’ll continue to communicate any future changes to minimum iOS version requirements in advance to give you time to plan accordingly.
