Most updated JAVA API?

Hi i can see a Java API implementation from
Takayuki Maruyama as well as from Galigator .
Galigators page has clear what the API can do but Takayuki doesn’t mention (or i can’t see it) .

Which one is most updated and has more functions and are there any other implementations of Java API ?

I know Takayuki is the most recent Java API, but the documentation on it (that I could find at least) was pretty poor – I wound up using neither and just used the Mattermost API directly with the java.net tools. Worked pretty well, was pretty easy.
