This feature looks like the feature only available on Enterprise Edition.
Just ran into this issue as I found we are using Mattermost Team Edition (10.5.x). I guess the Mobile app does not distinguish the editions between Team and Enterprise while the web app precisely offers features per edition.
Are you sure using Mattermost enterprise edition, not team edition?
