[Solved] Infinite refresh loop in browser clients, with "Invalid or expired session" log error spam

I just had a look in the logs and I can’t see any recent examples of this in the last couple of weeks. I guess it’s stopped happening at some point with an upgrade! I’ll consider the matter closed unless it rears its head again…
