Thanks, @gubbins – I think you have bits of both, but the format required for the migrate CLI looks like: mysql://<user>:<pass>@tcp(<server>:<port>/mattermost?charset=utf8mb4 That is, it looks like mysql://${MM_SQLSETTINGS_DATASOURCE}.
