Users List Not Populating in UI After Upgrade to 10.0.0

Hi,

We recently upgraded our Mattermost Teams Edition from 9.11.3 to 10.0.0. While the upgrade was successful, the users list is not populating in the UI. We are able to retrieve user details via the instance console, but the Users tab remains empty in the Mattermost UI.
