Hi There

I’ve been testing Mattermost for a while now. As part of my testing, I created a bunch of Teams, but I was the only member. I left some of those teams. Now I am going into production and I can’t recreate those teams, I’m told they exist. However, there are no members in the team so no one can invite me back in and I can’t find anywhere in the settings to reinstate my access so I can put users into those teams.

Has anyone come across this and do you have a fix?

You could check your database for the team entries and see if they are deleted or not. Normally mattermost does a soft delete so the teams would still be there, you could switch the field DeleteAt to 0 to activate it again if its not 0.
