Advice on how to better use Playbooks - a recap of recent experience and request for help

No worries. If it’s better for me to join that community server, I’m happy to do that too.

Also, there’s one more thing I wanted to add but it is more of a wishlist item AND it might be a bad idea if someone has a better way of organizing our workflow. But my “wishlist item” is that I wish I could have multiple hierarchical sub-tasks which could have both task claims and “verification” claims. EG something like this:

Task A
|
—>Arch x86_64
…|
…—> RC1 : Primary assignee: member1
…—> RC1 : Verified by: member2. member3
—>Arch aarch64
…|
…—> RC1 : Primary assignee: member2
…—> RC1 : Verified by: <none; maybe skipped because of problem found>
…|
…—> RC2 : Primary assignee: member2
…—> RC2 : Verified by: member4, member1

But again, a better workflow may eliminate this need. But it’s what I thought would be helpful. Especially if I as the owner was the only one allowed to check off the top list item marking it complete.

Thanks again!
