Mattermost is intended for use by enterprises for communication at large scale across multiple platforms. That said, should your corporation already have installed Mattermost, you will be able to download the mobile apps for Android and iOS from Google Play and the Appstore respectively.
If your corporation has not yet installed Mattermost, you can request a trial licence here
