I have this problem, too. It has been over a month now since I contacted the sales team. I tried a second time about a week ago, but I did not get any response at all.
If the sales team doesn’t respond, who can I contact instead? There are no appropriate email addresses on the website for my case, and LinkedIn seems inappropriate.
