We’re trying to set up a new mattermost account/server for our team. We’re looking for a professional/enterprise solution so we’ve reached out to the Sales team through the online form, however it’s been almost a week now and we’re still waiting to hear back.
Can someone from the Sales team come back to us so we can move forward?
I’m having the same issue. I’ve tried using the online form a couple of times and have also emailed info@mattermost.com. It’s been over 10 days now since I first tried to contact them.
Is there another way around this? We have run a test system, but need to make a decision as to whether we’re switching this week and can’t do that until we get more information.
