Has anyone successfully migrated from server to cloud? I’ve found the instructions (https://support.mattermost.com/hc/en-us/articles/4412503667604) and have followed them up to the point where I am supposed to contact support for an S3 bucket to upload my export.
Support has been pretty slow to respond, and now they are telling me that the cloud team is not processing any imports at all, and they won’t give me a timeframe for when they will do it.
I’ve shared this with our Support team (you may have seen the latest response from our Support team in the ticket), and we’re waiting to hear more details from our product team on next steps (we may not hear back until Monday due to timezone differences). Thank you for escalating this!
