We’re looking to deploy a couple of Mattermost teams as a trial with some of our customers.

In order to keep overhead low, we’re looking at running one Mattermost instance with 3 teams on Heroku + S3. The team sizes will vary between 10 and 100 users.

Does anyone have experience running Mattermost on Heroku? We’re trying to make a cost estimate, and it would be helpful to hear what the cost has been for some of the deployments that are currently out there.

Hi @digitallawyer, not sure about sizing estimates with Heroku, there’s a mattermost-heroku project that might be a reference.

If you do get some sizing, would you be open to sharing back to the community to let the rest of us know?
