Hello, I am attempting to install a mattermost server on my site. hosted by inmotionhosting and i’m not sure how to do it. I do not have “sudo” access through the terminal. the server is using MariaDB.
Does mattermost need to be hosted on a personal home server?
Can someone help me out in this regard?

you would need to have sudo access to install mattermost.
Webserver dont tend to have that.
The cheapest & best would be to get a droplet from Digital Ocean

one last question, do you know if matter most works on an ipfs server?
Not 100% sure about IPFS.
Maybe someone else can advice, or you can set.
