Totally understand, and I really appreciate your commitment to open source alternatives. 
I haven’t been able to track down the form owner just yet, but I’ve flagged this internally to see if we can either adjust the permissions or provide an alternative submission method that doesn’t require a Google login. I’ll keep you posted as soon as I hear back!
