Expected:
- Offline help is easily available for end users, particularly in write and edit input window, where it’s needed most.
Observed:
- No offline end user help is available. End users in air gapped environments who can’t reach the internet have no help.
I believe this is a regression as we previously had end user help.
Technical users who are not familiar with markdown (and there are a lot of them out there), struggle with formatting in Mattermost, and don’t have a guide. Moreover, operators in critical infrastructure organizations who aren’t familiar with markdown will also struggle.
Struggling lowers trust.
