How would I go about reporting a server that is violating the Terms of Service?
you could try sending a mail to info@mattermost.com or sending a DM directly at https://pre-release.mattermost.com/ to one of the people in charge, you would ask that on the Reception channel.
But I am sure some staff will provide you the proper way once they get around…
