[Solved] Quartz theme broken

Expected:

• Using Quartz theme on Community server, I can easily read text.

Observed:

• I can’t.

The Quartz theme seems to have the right blue colour for me on ‘Jump to recents’. Does it persist across refresh for you? The community server updates daily which can sometimes cause caching issues.
