Unable to connect to the server via mobile app

Hello everyone,

I recently deployed Mattermost using Docker and set up an Nginx reverse proxy following the instructions provided in the official Mattermost documentation (version 7.8.6) found here: Mattermost Docker Installation Guide.

I am able to access Mattermost without any issues using web browsers on my computer. However, when I try to connect to Mattermost using the mobile app (iOS/Android), I encounter an error and cannot establish a connection.

If you have a firewall in place, verify that it allows incoming connections on the necessary ports for Mattermost.
