Unable to export data from Mattermost

Hello everyone,

I am trying to run:

ashim@New-mattermost:/opt/mattermost/bin$ ./mmctl export create --attachments

Here is the debug log level message :

I am on Mattermost 9.11.12.

Is it the case that this file has been deleted and now the export cannot find this file? How do I manage in this case?

Hello,

There are some housekeeping repositories in Github. I do not wish to run a housekeeping tool on the live server. I wish to backup my data prior to running the housekeeping tool.

This is like a chicken and a egg situtation. I can’t backup my system without housekeeping, and I can’t do housekeeping without the backup.

Any advice for me.
