hello, I can access the server via web browser on mobile. https://mattermost.company.com but the mobile application gives the following message error. does anyone know the solution?
‘A Diagnosticld value is missing for this server’
Same issue here after certificate expiry and installation of a new certificate.
Tried:
- delete cache
- delete app data
- reinstall mattermost app
- restart phone
Did not help
I resolved it with :
