**bold** does not render bold anymore (iOS and iPadOS)

bold no longer renders bold in iOS and iPadOS. The “**” characters are apparently understood as markdown (they are not rendered) - the characters that should actually be rendered in bold are rendered in normal font.

This is fixed via https://github.com/mattermost/mattermost-mobile/pull/7000 for the next release.
