Broken mobile app

Summary
Multiple users trying to access self-hosted Mattermost server via Android and iOS apps, getting same error after upagrading via Google Play/AppStore. All get the folllowing message (see thescreenshot). Selfhosted updated to the latest 10.3 Docker image. Desktop version works fine.

Steps to reproduce
Open mobile app, tap existing dialogue

Expected behavior
Dialogue opens

Observed behavior
Open an existing dialogue → see screenshot with error
