Can not download attachment on Mobile App

Summary
When pressing download a file on mattermost android app, instead of a screen for location to save file but a screen to share file

Steps to reproduce
Press download any file on mobile app

Expected behavior
After pressing download, app show screen to save file on mobile

  • mattermost server 5.37, postgres db
  • android 9, mattermost app: 1.47

yes, currently we rely on whatever the OS can share it with, on Android there does not seem a way to save the file as there is with iOS
