Hello. I have installed jira plugin, and trying to connect to jira.

In Configure Application URL screen, confirm your Mattermost URL is entered as the “New URL”. Ignore any displayed errors and click Continue.
In Link Applications screen, set the following values:
but in the supplied values i cannot see “request token url” “authorization url” and one more field. Without this fields i cannot add link. Is there any manuals, where can I find this values? My jira version is 8.8.0, mattermost 5.22 and plugin version 2.3.2
