Can't find System Console > Channels

As the docs indicate, there must be a Channels option in the System Console (Organizing Conversations).

I can’t find it anywhere. Can someone tell me where is it?

Are you on Team Edition or Enterprise Edition?

So it’s not available for the Team Edition. I’m using that one.

I find it quite strange to exclude this but thank you @amy.blais.
