Changing Mattermost Theme for all Teams

I’m currently the only admin on for our evaluation instance.

I’ve created a custom theme and I’ve applied it to all MY teams. My question is can I save apply this theme to all of my members? We tested after I saved to all my teams and the change is for my personal admin account only.
