Does mattersmost have a feature to make chat like SMS or MSTeams, where the messages sent by yourself are aligned to the right side of the screen and messages from others are on the left side? Can’t find any other app that does this besides Teams.

There’s currently no such feature/styling option available as far as I know. If this feature is important for you, you could create an issue on the mattermost webapp GitHub project to request this feature (or post your idea at Mattermost’s UserVoice portal.
