Still I am unable to get the desktop app working. The interface seems to be cutoff and I cannot locate the problem. Can anyone help? It looks like this:
@Dennis 5.11 isn’t compatible with 9.0, which is very old… I’d strongly suggest upgrading to 10.5.x That may resolve the desktop issue, but there will be an updated 5.11.x pretty soon.
Currently working in 5.10.2 of the windows app. This works fine but do get the message to update. When I update the application my screen returns to the previous problem. For now we won’t update our app. Looking forward to the update 5.11.x
